Most people who know me know I have been involved in a two year battle with a 'journalist' called Andrew Drummond.
Drummond is a twice convicted criminal and facing five new criminal trials this year, two of them in cases I filed under the #ComputerCrimesAct in #Thailand.
Most people are aware Drummond writes continuosly about three people, and merely repeats what he has written dozens of times already.
It has been reported this week that #andrewdrummond has left Thailand - for good? We will see!
I have recently been following the antics and the comments on Drummond's web site and the articles and the comments seem to become increasingly disgusting every day. The technical term for this is #cyberharassment.
Drummond as a result of writing inaccurate articles was convicted in Pattaya Provincial Criminal Court in February 2014 by #DavidHanks and #Drew Noyes . Drummond was then convicted again by the Supreme Court of Thailand on 27th October 2014 in a case brought by #JamesLumsden for making 'wild allegations'.
Drummond also recently was found to have supplied articles to two major newspapers that the UK Press Complaints Commission (now the Independent Press Standards Organisation #IPSO ) found breached the UK Editors Code of Practice and contained 'significant inaccuracy'.
Drummond also uses electronically altered photos (which he has been asked to remove) and this is not permitted by The #EditorsCodeofPractice.
Electonically altered images are forbidden by all credible press standards of ethics.
Drummond has already been indicted in case number 8368/2556 and case 1327/2557 in Pattaya and three criminal cases are pending in Koh Samui numbers 1246/2556, 1269/2556 and 1826/2556.
Drummond recently asked why he is only being sued for small sections of his site - I can only say be careful what you wish for Andrew!
In the last 8 weeks traffic to Drummond's site has fallen by 67%.
The most vociferous commenter and poster on Drummonds site goes by the fake name Tommy Weapon. Tommy is too pathetic to use his real name or a real photo. Isnt that right Tommo? Yes we know who you are :).
#Tommy Weapon tells everybody he is a big man in Thailand. Actually he is a worthless low life coward who posts comments with a fake profile.
Another pathetic piece of vermin who goes by the name #SamThai also comments on the Drummond site.
