Andrew Drummond - lied about result of case. |
I nearly choked on my coffee latte today when my good friend David Hanks rang me up to tell me Andrew Drummond, the Bangkok based journalist, had written on his blog that that the case David had taken against Drummond had been dismissed!
Now for those of us who live in the real world, in the case of David John Hanks v Andrew Drummond (case number 1246/2556) Drummond was last week confirmed as being committed to trial over an article in 'The Scottish Sun' published last year - and was ordered to surrender to bail on November 13th 2014 at 0900hrs.
The Hanks case has been listed at the same time as two cases brought by my good self (number 1269/2556 and 1826/2556) and Drummond has to pay bail in all three cases at the same time.
Just so there is no confusion, Drummond on that day will be indicted on 14 charges under the Computer Crimes Act and related defamation charges. His bail will be substantial.
Following a failure to appear on October 13th Drummonds lawyers were told that November 13th was D-Day - be there or an arrest warrant will be issued!
Now over on Planet Drummond, a case in which Drummond has already been summonsed to appear in has been dismissed? What a load of tripe! A blatant lie and so easy to expose. Absolute fiction!
So Andrew Drummond - you are a shameless liar and I cant wait to see that smug smile wiped off your face on November 13th - would not miss it for the world.
And if I am wrong then this article makes false statements - you can sue me but you will lose again!
I am sure some of Drummonds feeble minded minions might believe the drivel this man writes but if any of them are in any doubt all they have to do is call Koh Samui Court and ask for the status of case number 1246/2556.
And Drummond wonders why he has been committed to trial in five cases in a row?
So take a break from writing your drivel Andrew and start getting your bail money ready for the THREE cases you face on November 13th.
Actually - even better, dont turn up. It would be wonderful to get an arrest warrant in THREE cases and then we could come and get you!
