My old pal Andy Mathews got nicked.

Looks like my old pal Andy Mathews is in a bit of bother!

Sorry to hear about that.

Arrested on a warrant from Pattaya Court.

We all told him he was fighting a losing battle.

Bet he wishes he had never met Andrew Drummond!

Why is is that everybody around Drummond suddenly finds they have a criminal case?

Michal Goulet of Thonglor Clinic, Boonrod 'Nang' Baikrathok, Ally Cooper, hmmmm. All facing criminal cases.

Unlucky? Or jinxed?

UK Newspaper deletes Andrew Drummond story.

UK journalist Andrew Drummond withdrewa story from his web site today, and a major UK newspaper has done the same!

'The Scottish Sunday Mail' has deleted a Drummond article previously published in July  2014 -  but apparently deleted the web article following a Press Complaints Commission investigation commencing.

Drummond is a convicted crininal after being convicted in Pattaya Provincial Court in February 2014, and will face at least five criminal trials in 2015, with a number of new cases at filing stage.

Drummond  faces trial in at least 5 criminal cases that compise 23 separate charges that have already been accepted under Thailand's tough Computer Crimes Act.

The Sunday Mail has now mysteriously deleted the article in question following myself and David Hanks lodging a complaint with the UK Press Complaints Commission - and under  threat of both civil and criminal cases.

In the complaint, David and myself described the article as a 'complete fabrication'.

On his own site, Drummond had earlier this week posted an article that a Computer Crimes Act case brought by David Hanks had been dismisssed, when in fact Drummond had been ordered to surrender to Koh Samui Provincial Court on November 13th to answer and indictment and post bail.

The article was quickly deleted after an article was posted on this blog describing the article as 'utter drivel'.

Drummond has now retracted the article admitting the case is going forward.

So, exposed in a blatant lie on his blog, a UK newspaper deletes an article, several complaints to the Press Complaints Commission and five criminal cases pending - doing well Andrew!

Andrew Drummond - a blatant lie exposed!

Andrew Drummond - lied about result of case.

I nearly choked on my coffee latte today when my good friend David Hanks rang me up to tell me Andrew Drummond, the Bangkok based journalist, had written on his blog that that the case David had taken against Drummond had been dismissed!

Now for those of us who live in the real world, in the case of David John Hanks v Andrew Drummond (case number 1246/2556) Drummond was last week confirmed as being committed to trial over an article in 'The Scottish Sun' published last year - and was ordered to surrender to bail on November 13th 2014 at 0900hrs.

The Hanks case has been listed at the same time as two cases brought by my good self (number 1269/2556 and 1826/2556) and Drummond has to pay bail in all three cases at the same time.

Just so there is no confusion, Drummond on that day will be indicted on 14 charges under the Computer Crimes Act and related defamation charges. His bail will be substantial.

Following a failure to appear on October 13th Drummonds lawyers were told that November 13th was D-Day - be there or an arrest warrant will be issued!

Now over on Planet Drummond, a case in which Drummond has already been summonsed to appear in has been dismissed? What a load of tripe! A blatant lie and so easy to expose. Absolute fiction!

So Andrew Drummond - you are a shameless liar and I cant wait to see that smug smile wiped off your face on November 13th - would not miss it for the world.

And if I am wrong then this article makes false statements - you can sue me but you will lose again!

I am sure some of Drummonds feeble minded minions might believe the drivel this man writes but if any of them are in any doubt all they have to do is call Koh Samui Court and ask for the status of case number 1246/2556.

And Drummond wonders why he has been committed to trial in five cases in a row?

So take a break from writing your drivel Andrew and start getting your bail money ready for the THREE cases you face on  November 13th.

Actually - even better, dont turn up. It would be wonderful to get an arrest warrant in THREE cases and then we could come and get you!
